- Enter the basic information (description, membership, resource)
- Appoint someone to keep the notes during the meeting on the wiki
- Frontload information/agenda before meeting
- Add information from meeting or additional resources as soon as possible
- Email links to the pages, not the information around
- Do a “Show and Tell” to all sites, not just the meeting
